V-Day 2008: V To The Tenth

Each year, Eve Ensler's production of "The Vagina Monologues is presented to help raise money to prevent violence against women. In 2004, I was honored to be part of the presentation in Los Angeles with an all-transgender cast. This presentation was the basis for the Logo documentary, "Beautiful Daughters". This year, Calpernia Addams and I were asked to join the cast in New Orleans so that the voices of transgender women could be included as part of the presentation. |
 Being part of the 2008 V-Day activities was an amazing experience. To be part of such an all-star cast was a great honor and something I wil remember for the rest of my life. In the picture to the right, I am in the upper right-hand corner of the group. |
